5 days tour from Tangier to Marrakech Itinerary:

Day 1:Arrival to Tangier → Chefchaouen

During the first of your 5 day desert tour itinerary from Tangier. We pick you up from your Tangier lodging, the airport, or the port. Known as “the bride of the north” as well. The city is situated northwest of Cape Spartel, where the Atlantic and Mediterranean Seas converge. We will first tour the stunning city, the Hercules cave, and Cape Spartel. Lunch break is available. Then, we go through Tetouan and the Rif mountains before arriving in Chefchaouen by car. There will be pauses for expansive vistas. Spend the night in a Chefchaouen hotel.

Day 2: Chefchaouen → the Roman ruins of Volubilis → Meknes → Fes

As you get ready for an amazing trip to Fes, start your day with a delicious breakfast at your riad.

A friendly local guide will welcome you to Fes and be excited to show you around this old city. Take in the breathtaking architecture, stroll down its old streets, and learn about its fascinating past. You can choose to enjoy a hearty lunch in the busy Medina, where you can inhale the genuine tastes and scents of regional fare.

Relax at a riad in the heart of Fes Medina after an exciting day of exploration. You can find a peaceful haven in this calm haven amidst the bustling city. After settling into your comfortable riad for the evening, take some time to unwind and enjoy Fes’ allure.

Day 3:Fes → Ifrane → Cedars forest → Midelt → Ziz valley → Merzouga Sahara

We travel through Imouzzer to the south after breakfast in order to see Ifrane. The city is well-known for its frigid temperatures, snowfall, and homes with alpine architectural styles. It makes sense why it is referred to as Morocco’s Switzerland. Next, we head into the Cedars Forest, home of the Barbary macaques. While exploring the forest, feel free to give them food. We travel on to Midelt later, where we shall eat lunch on our own. Next, we make breaks for expansive vistas as we travel through the Ziz valley and the Tizi-n-Tilghmt pass.

We arrive at Merzouga, the Sahara desert, in the afternoon. At this point, you transfer on camels and ride through the sandy desert, pausing to take in the sunset atop a tall dune. Next, proceed to the camp, which combines the comforts of a hotel with the traditional nomadic tents. where you can dance around the campfire while listening to the music of the Berber drums under a wide open sky full of stars. There is accommodation available.

Day 4:Merzouga → Todgha Gorges → Dades Valley

It’s best to get up early in order to see the breathtaking dawn over the dunes of Erg Chebbi. Following a hearty breakfast, you have the choice of taking a 4×4 ride or riding a camel. Both will take you closer to Merzouga. When you continue on to Dades Valley, your driver/guide will be prepared to lead the way.

Discover interesting places like the bustling Rissani market on this leg (if it happens to occur on a market day, such as Sunday, Tuesday, or Thursday). There’s a leisurely stroll through the magnificent Todra Gorge, which offers amazing views of the Todra River.

The amazing rock formations known as monkey fingers will captivate you as we make our way towards Dades Gorge. Before reaching your overnight lodging, take a leisurely drive through Dades Valley, which offers expansive views of the Gorges. To ensure a good night’s sleep, unwind in style at a nice hotel.

Day 5:Dades valley → Ait ben Haddou → Marrakech

Following breakfast, we head to Kalaa Magouna to see the Rose Valley. Every May, there’s a Rose Festival when people sell everything from perfumes to rose water, oil, and cosmetics. After that, we travel via Skoura’s palm plantations and stop at Amredhyle Kasbah. We finally arrive in Ouarzazate. where we see the Taourirt Kasbah in addition to the film studios where well-known films were filmed.

We next head out to see the well-known Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. UNESCO has designated this fortified town as a World Heritage Site. In addition, a number of films have featured the Kasbah, such as Gladiator, Alexander, The Mummy, and others. as well as television shows like Game of Thrones. We next go to the Telouet Kasbah.
